Wolff Pack Performance
As much as I hate to admit it, on my health journey, I’ve fallen off track a few times. When I fall off track, I admit to myself that I’ve done so, then plan how I’m going to get back on track. These 3 strategies are the most effective way to get me back on track!
1. Meal Prepping is the very first thing I do when I get off track! I plan what meals I want and head to the grocery store. Having these healthy, homemade meals in advance makes eating well convenient.
2. Scheduled Activity Time makes working out and staying active a must. When I have this time already scheduled in my day, I feel extremely guilty about skipping! So for me, this is a key way to keep myself moving every day.
3. Staying Hydrated is an essential step to getting back into your routine! I grab my favorite water body and keep it filled.
